The Confetti Fruit Cupcake looked even better in my hands than it did on the website. Edible selects only the biggest, freshest most colorful fruits for their arrangements & this one contained cantaloupe, honeydew, strawberries and grapes. The best part & the biggest taste surprise came when I bit into one of the cupcakes & discovered that it was a huge cupcake-shaped pineapple slice, dipped in gourmet white & semisweet chocolate topped with rainbow sprinkles! Okay, oh my freaking stars! The combination of really sweet white & semisweet dark chocolate along with the juicy, tangy sweet pineapple set of a taste explosion in my mouth that lit up the pleasure centers of my brain like a Vegas slot machine! Use paper towels when you eat this, it is that bursting with juicy fruit goodness!
