GENERAL: No purchase necessary to enter or to win. A purchase will not increase your odds of winning. Giveaway subject to all applicable federal,state, local & municipal laws & regulations. Giveaway void where prohibited by law. Neither Sponsor, nor its affiliates including The ShoppinQueen.com will have any liability whatsoever for any injuries, losses or damages of any kind caused by any prize or resulting from acceptance, possession, use and/or misuse of any prize or participation in these promotions.
Eligibility – Subject to additional restrictions listed below, posted giveaways are open to residents of the United States who are 18 years or older at the time of entry. Should a Sponsor choose to open a giveaway to areas outside the United States this will be noted on the giveaway post and entry form. Employees of the “Sponsor” & any of it’s affiliates, advertising & promotional agencies, the immediate family members of, and any persons residing with, any such employees, including those of the ShoppinQueen.com are not eligible to enter or to win.
How To Enter – Rules & instructions for entry into posted giveaways are determined by the sponsor and will be detailed in each post. One person per household, may enter. ie: each giveaway will have a mandatory method of entry that entry & any optional ways of obtaining extra entries must be completed by the same person. Multiple entries will be disregarded.
Administrator – reserves the right to cancel, suspend and/or modify the Promotion, or any part of it, if fraud, technical failures or any other factor beyond Administrator’s reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Sweepstakes, as determined by Administrator in its sole discretion. In such event, Administrator reserves the right to award the prizes at random from among the eligible entries received up to the time of the impairment.
Administrator – reserves the right to disqualify any attempt by any entrant to obtain more than the stated number of plays/entries by using multiple/different email addresses, identities, registrations ,site logins, or any other methods intended to thwart the rules of this giveaway. Use of any automated system to participate is prohibited and will result in disqualification. In the event of a dispute as to any registration or play, the authorized account holder of the email address used to register will be deemed to be the registrant or player. The “authorized account holder” is the person assigned an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted address. Potential winners may be required to show proof of being the authorized account holder and/or submit an affidavit prior to being declared the prize winner at the sponsor’s discretion.
Internet - The ShoppinQueen.com or giveaway sponsor will not be responsible for: (1) any late or lost entries; (2) telephone, electronic, hardware, software, network, Internet, or other computer or communications-related malfunctions or failures; any giveaway disruptions, injuries, losses or damages caused by events beyond the control of The ShoppinQueen.com or by unauthorized human intervention; or (c) any printing or typographical errors in any materials associated with the giveaway.
Sponsor - Giveaways are sponsored by the company/brand providing the prize. The decisions of Sponsor regarding the selection of winners and all other aspects of the Giveaway shall be final and binding in all respects. Unless otherwise specified Sponsor is responsible for prize fulfillment. If a giveaway is sponsored by the ShoppinQueen.com prize will be sent directly to the winner via Email, USPS, UPS or FedEx with delivery confirmation.
Prizes and Odds – Prizes and ARV are listed in each giveaway post. Your odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
Winner Selection – Winners will be selected in a random drawing via Rafflecopter.com from among all eligible entries received. Drawing will occur within 48 hours of close of sweepstakes.
Winner Notification Winners will be notified within 48 hours of close of giveaway at the email address and via Twitter name (if provided) given during entry. To claim prize, each winner must respond within forty-eight (48) hours of notification or a new winner will be drawn.
Prizes are non-transferable & no substitutions will be made except as provided herein at the Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize for one of equal or greater value if the designated prize should become unavailable for any reason. Winner is responsible for all taxes and fees associated with any prize received.
Facebook and/or Twitter are not associated with or responsible for any giveaway listed here, by entering the giveaway you agree to hold Facebook and/or Twitter harmless for any liability associated with this giveaway.
Privacy: Information you provide to the ShoppinQueen.com by entering this giveaway is never bought nor sold, for further details see the site Privacy Policy However, Sponsor, at their discretion may use the winner’s name, voice, likeness and/or prize information, without limitation, for promotional purposes without further consideration, review, approval or payment, where allowed by law.Acceptance of a prize shall be construed as and signify the winner’s agreement and consent.
