The ShoppinQueen is a personal blog written and edited by me. I write about things I love that improve my quality of life. A great majority of my product reviews are not sponsored & many of my giveaways are paid for out of my own pocket.  However,this site also welcomes the opportunity to try new products/services & is open to forms of  compensation including promotional products, cash advertising, sponsorship to conferences & workshops, paid insertions or other forms of compensation.

The ShoppinQueen also maintains an active Twitter presence( @geekbabe) & welcomes the opportunity to work with companies & sponsors interested in extending their reach via social media. Such relationships will be made clear either via the use of the (client) #cl hashtag or by the content of my tweet ie:” meet my conference sponsor”

The ShoppinQueen also loves youtube, has an active channel (geekbabe100) & greatly enjoys producing movies for my readers, such movies are also made available to companies/sponsors as part of promotional packages and are identified as such in the post that reviews said company,product or service.

The ShoppinQueen abides by word of mouth marketing standards. I believe in honesty of relationship, opinion and identity. I will strive to the best of my ability to provide objective content that is not unduly influenced by any compensation I have received , however I will  make sure that you, my readers can judge my objectivity or lack of by clearly including an FTC Disclosure tag at the bottom of each post that will plainly state what compensation (if any ) I received for making the post as well as clarifying any ongoing relationship I may have with any sponsor/company.

TheShoppinQueen respects & values the companies/sponsors I work with, to that end links to said sponsors in posts and/or sidebar will comply with Google search engine rules to avoid negatively impacting said sponsor’s page ranking.

The views and opinions expressed on the ShoppinQueen are my own. Any product claim, statistic, quote or other representation about a product or service should be verified with the manufacturer, provider or party in question.
